1. Do I need to pay in advance for furniture items?

Yes. For furniture & beds, we require an advance payment to begin production. The remaining balance is paid at the time of delivery.


2. Do I need to pay in advance for home décor items?

Yes. Home décor products must be paid in full before shipping, as these are ready-to-ship items.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (for furniture – advance + remaining at delivery)
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash 

4. Can I choose different payment methods for different products?

Yes. Furniture and decor products follow separate payment rules. Our checkout and team will guide you to the correct payment method based on the product.


5. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Furniture & Beds: As these are custom-made, production and delivery usually take 3–6 weeks (depending on design & size).
  • Home Décor Items: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days through courier.

6. How much are the delivery charges?

  • Furniture & Beds: Delivery charges depend on your location and will be confirmed before finalizing your order.
  • Home Décor Items: Standard courier charges apply and are shown at checkout.

7. Can I return furniture products?

No. Since furniture items are custom-made after consultation, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


8. Can I return home décor products?

Yes, but only under certain conditions:

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.
  • Refunds are only valid if the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Without video proof, refund claims will not be accepted.

9. What if my furniture arrives damaged?

If any damage occurs during delivery, we will repair or replace the damaged part at no additional cost.


10. Will I get a tracking number for my order?

  • Furniture: Our team will keep you updated and provide estimated delivery dates.
  • Home Décor: Yes, once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by SMS/Email (where available).

11. Do you ship everywhere in Pakistan?

Yes, we ship nationwide. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times or additional charges.
