Terms Of Service

1. General

  • These Terms apply to all users of our store, including browsers, customers, and merchants.
  • By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Products & Orders

  • We offer two main categories of products:
  1. Furniture & Beds – require an advance payment of 50% at the time of order. The remaining 50% is payable at the time of delivery.
  2. Home Decor Products – require 100% advance payment at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are confirmed only after advance payment is received (for furniture) or full payment (for decor).

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Rupees (Rs) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept payments through:
  1. Bank Transfer
  2. Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Cash on Delivery (only for balance payment on furniture orders)
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment proof (screenshots or receipts) where required.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the product type:
  1. Furniture & Beds – Estimated delivery time will be communicated after order confirmation.
  2. Decor Products – Usually dispatched within 5 to 7 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery charges may apply and will be shared before order confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Furniture & Beds: Advance payments are non-refundable once the production process begins.
  • Decor Products: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund only if the product you receive is damaged. You are required to provide us with a video evidence of opening the parcel that clearly shows the damaged product. After 24 hours, cancellation or refund is not guaranteed.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the same payment method used for the order.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products:
  1. Furniture & Beds: No returns or exchanges once delivered, except in case of damage during delivery.
  2. Decor Products: Only eligible for return if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery along with the proof.
  • To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure that delivery details (address, phone number) are accurate.
  • Be available to receive the order on the agreed delivery date.
  • Clear the remaining balance (if applicable) at the time of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
