  • Furniture & Beds: Shipping and delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be discussed with you before finalizing the order.
  • Home Decor Items: Standard delivery charges apply and will be visible at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

  • Furniture & Beds: Delivery timelines depend on the nature of the product and your location. Our team will provide an estimated delivery date when confirming your order.
  • Home Decor Items: Usually delivered within 5–10 business days (depending on courier availability in your area).

4. Delivery Method

  • Furniture is delivered by our dedicated logistics partners to ensure safe handling.
  • Decor items are shipped through trusted courier services.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email (where applicable).

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery location is accessible.
  • For furniture items, additional charges may apply if stairs, elevators, or dismantling of existing furniture is required during delivery.
  • If delivery is attempted but not received by the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Furniture & Beds: If any damage occurs during delivery, we will repair or replace the damaged part at no extra cost.
  • Home Décor Items: Customers must provide a clear unboxing video at the time of receiving the parcel to claim damage or missing items. Without this proof, claims will not be accepted.
